The Pink Ladies has coordinated successful weddings at various venues. The organising and coordinating of a wedding is a mammoth task and takes a well synchronised team. The Pink Ladies has it down to a fine art and understand the pressure and challenges the day brings.
We consult with you on every aspect of your wedding. We provide you with a complete and all inclusive wedding profile.
Your wedding is planned down to the finest detail from the time you decide on your wedding date to the BIG day.
The Pink Ladies Coordinators are very professional and very experienced. We are assigned specific tasks on your wedding day and take care of the Bride; Groom; Bridesmaids; Parents of the bride and groom; Groomsmen; and coordinate with all the suppliers involved on for your wedding.
We manage the floral and décor design and set up. This is a huge task and often underestimated. It is important that all suppliers know the logistics of a venue and they appreciate the help on the day.
We meet with your MC and run through the order of events of the reception. It is a very exciting day and emotions run high which often causes important detail to be overlooked.
Your guests are taken care of from the time they arrival and throughout the day.
We manage the running order starting from the ceremony through to the reception. We queue the bride and retinue; seat the parents of the bride and groom; queue the musicians/dj; meet with the minister; go through the order of service and the order of events for announcements; usher the guests from the chapel to the pre-reception drinks area; host the guests during pre-reception and keep them informed; usher the guests to the reception for seating as per the seating plan; and liaise with the photographer, musicians/dj and venue.
We manage the running order at the reception; queue the cutting of the wedding cake; opening of the dance floor and throwing of the garter and bouquet; cut your wedding cake and serve it on platters.
Your bridal suite is prepared for a romantic ending to a beautiful day.
The Pink Ladies stay until all the formalities are complete. All that is left to do is for you to enjoy your wedding!
